MOBILE IMPACT CRUCHING PLANT is a single chassis mobile equipment, consisting of primary feeding bunker, primary impact crusher and output conveyor belt. Intended to be used at the primary stage, this primary group crushing plant is ideal to crush soft and middle hard stone types, where input size can reach up to 1 meter and give fine usable gravel size output product. The main advantage of primary impact crusher is that with only single crusher both primary and secondary stage crushing process can be performed at the same time, giving the most available production capacity in comparison with other primary crusher type, jaw crusher.

Models of this mobile equipment type differs depending on input size of the stone and total capacity of the equipment:

• SMPI 1410 (15 m3 bunker, 950x3800 feeder, 2x4.5 kw vibromotor, 1000 x 1400 mm crusher, 185 kW crusher motor) 150-200 tph
• SMPI 1412 (20 m3 bunker, 1100x4650 feeder, 2x7.5 kw vibromotor, 1200 x 1400 mm crusher, 200 kW crusher motor) 250-300 tph
• SMPI 1415 (30 m3 bunker, 1350x4800 feeder, 2x9.2 kw vibromotor, 1500 x 1400 mm crusher, 250 kW crusher motor) 350-500 tph
